How it works
- Use the encoded value in transport formats; decoded input must represent valid UTF-8 bytes.
- Base64 is an encoding, not encryption. Decoding requires the data to represent valid UTF-8 text.
For Encode, enter normal text, including accented characters or emoji. For Decode, provide a Base64 value such as SGVsbG8=.
